Q: What type of events do you DJ?

A: We typically DJ all events with a primary focus on weddings and corporate events. We have dedicated DJs servicing birthday parties, anniversaries, and showers as well.

Q: Do you accept credit card payment?

A: yes, we accept credit card payments at a 3% service fee.

​

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: The client may cancel at any time but will forfeit their 40% deposit. If a client cancels the week of the event they will be required to cover an additional 10% of the total cost as we prep all materials, staff and equipment well in advance.

Q: Do you do discounted events? 

A: Of course! If you book us for two or more events we will be happy to provide a discount for being such an awesome customer. 

​

Q: Do you travel outside of  Toronto? 

A: Yes, our team travels outside the city at additional travel costs.

Q: What type of equipment do you provide? 

A: We provide an array assortment of speakers, subwoofers, microphones, dance lighting, dry ice, sparkler machines, haze machines, and more. 

​

Q: Can I choose the music for my event? 

A: Absolutely! We are determined to customize your evening to make it as enjoyable for you and your family as possible. However, we do suggest to keep your guests in mind when you select your music. Try to select songs they would enjoy as well.

Q: Do you take song requests during an event?

A: This can ultimately be decided by the customer, but yes we are totally capable of taking requests on the fly to make the guests happy and keep the party going.

 

Q: Do you do outdoor events?

A: The short answer is yes. We do outdoor events. However, we do request that the host has a backup plan in preparation of undesirable weather conditions. We also request that the DJ booth is placed under a shaded area as our equipment will get damaged in severe heat, and rain. 

 

Q: If we hire you for our wedding, do you also come to our rehearsal?

A: If available, our DJs would be able to attend the rehearsal for an additional charge of 25% of the total contract fee. Please note we do not guarantee rehearsal availability.

Q: How early do you arrive for setup? 

A: Depending on how large the setup is, our technicians and DJs will typically set up 1.5 hours prior to guests' arrival. Our team would show up approximately 3 - 4 hours early to set up the Diamond or Royal package.

Q: Are your DJs versatile in music? 

A: our team is comprised of many talented individuals who specialize in their respective genres and cultures.
